Dr. Z. Michael Taweh of Advanced Internal Medicine, PC is an internist and family practitioner who specializes in the highest quality primary care and geriatric services. He is board certified in internal medicine and a member of the American College of Physicians.

The goal of his practice is to provide treatment with extreme care and concern from diagnosis to recovery. In addition to internal medicine and comprehensive primary family care and geriatric services, his practice, established in 2000, also offers annual school and sports physicals, Department of Transportation exams, pre-surgical clearances, Workers Compensation, in-office INR coagulation profiles, microdermabrasion procedures, and treatment of ADD/ADHD.

Microdermabrasion is a treatment that safely and scientifically fills the gap between surgery and creams with a safer, quicker-recovery treatment that fits most people’s budgets and lifestyles. The treatments work by gently abrading the skin with aluminum oxide crystals to remove the upper layers of skin and stimulate cellular turnover, with healthier, newer skin cells brought to the top most layer. This improves the texture, tone, and elasticity of the skin.
